The handsome Tyron and the first Bond girl choose Rome for their very public I DO in 1949. They loved this city so much they named one of their child Romina . Romina later on married and Italian famous singer , Albano, and they will always be on Italy’s heart as the nation sweetheart couple .

When the world’s buffest bachelor finally “put a ring on it,” everybody initially thought he was getting married on his villa on lake Como. My Grandma ( She lives in Venice) told me way before the tabloid did that “our” George booked the Aman, a Canal Grande luxury resort in Venice. The event took place in 2014, in what was one of the most spellbinding events ever to have graced the celeb calendar.
Venice, the nook of Italy that epitomizes romantic scenes, saw the couple indulge in a four-day Venetian extravaganza surrounded by star-friends ,from Cindy Crawford to Bono. Wearing Oscar de la Renta, Amal wed George and a fairy tale wedding came to life.
In 2017 George and Amal had twins ...that speak Italian fluently.

ROD STEWARD AND PENNY LANCASTER
Rod tied the knot with a lavish celebration in Liguria. At the historic Palazzo Durazzo in 2007, which overlooks the bay of Santa Margherita Ligure, Rod Stewart married Penny Lancaster to the tune of 100 guests and a whole load of fireworks!
CHRISSY TEIGAN AND JOHN LEGEND
When the All of Me singer, John Legend married Chrissy Teigen on Lake Como in 2013 it was, quite literally, legendary. It all happened in the stunning Italian ‘Villa Pizzo’– the location where they claimed they first fell in love. How cute!
Chrissy pretty much bought out the whole of Vera Wang . She said that every time she went in for a fitting she come out with a new dress. For her Italian style wedding, she changed into three different dresses by the designer throughout. Showered in cream-coloured rose petals, the event was topped off by Legend serenading Teigen with his hit-song All of Me! Can it get more romantic than that?

JESSICA CHASTAIN AND GIAN LUCA PASSI DE PREPOSULO
In 2017, the actress married her long-term lover Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo at his jaw-dropping family home in Carbonera, Italy. No, that’s not where the pasta Carbonara comes from but it is a gorgeous province of Treviso, not far from Venice, famed for its lush green expanses. Jessica walked down the aisle in an unknown design but what was known were her celebrity guests which included Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt.
DAVID HASSELDOFF AND HAYLEY ROBERTS
The Baywatch star married his long-term girlfriend Hayley Roberts in an intimate ceremony at Masseria Pettolecchia La Residenza in Puglia on July 31, 2018. In May 2014, reality TV queen Kim Kardashian and rapper Kanye West spent a reported €300,000 renting the stunning 16th-century Forte di Belvedere in Florence for their over-the-top wedding, which saw them exchange vows in front of a 20ft-high wall of flowers.

Following a ten year relationship, this couple married in a castel in Perugia, Italy. Pam Fryman, who directed nearly every episode of “How I Met Your Mother,” officiated at the ceremony, and Elton John performed at the reception, according to Harris’ publicist.
The TV and Broadway star, 41, and actor-chef Burtka, 39, sported custom Tom Ford tuxedos.

Wayne Rooney married his childhood sweetheart in a lavish £5million ceremony on the Italian Riviera. The couple said 'I do' at the Villa Durazzo, a 17th century palace in the Mediterranean resort of Santa Margherita Ligure with just eight close family and friends as witnesses.
The couple were married by the deputy mayor, Gianni Costa, who said afterwards: "It was a simple 20 minute ceremony with around 15 people inside, mostly family. The bride looked lovely in white and the groom wore a brown suit with no tie. No rings were exchanged and the ceremony was very simple yet very beautiful."

THEO WALCOTT AND MELANIE SLADE
The couple, who’ve been together since the tender age of 16, married in the romantic surroundings of Castello di Vincigliata, a beautiful 13th-century castle set in the lush, rolling Tuscan hills above Florence. Theo was so happy about the venue, he had a tattoo featuring the castle’s turrets etched onto his right arm in the run-up to his wedding, as a permanent reminder of what would prove to be the most moving and memorable day of his life.
