Your best friend recommends a resort where she spent her last Spring Break that allowed them to sleep 6 in a double room. It’s luxury all the way but it has a health/wellness theme so you’re not sure if your other half will be happy with all the “healthy meals” and the lack of TV in the room, not to mention the hefty price tag.

STANDARD BUDGET (LESS THAN $5,000)

Riviera Maya, MX Flights are very affordable which is great because flights tend to be the biggest part of your travel budget nowadays. The quality of service and food is wonderful and there is a wide selection of resorts that fit everyone’s personality. From the over the top private plunge pools to luxury small boutique resorts that offer personalized service.

Puerto Rico Again, flights are affordable and although the island DOES NOT offer any all-inclusive resorts there is no need for one here. The island has amazing nightlife, plenty of activities (the longest zipline in the world), amazing diving and even surf lessons. From small inns to 5 star resorts there is a wide range of properties to suit everyone.

PREMIUM BUDGET (BETWEEN $5,000-$10,000)

St. Lucia Considered the most romantic island in the Caribbean, St. Lucia is in class of its own. Between the Pitons, volcanoes, black sand beaches, excursions and breathtaking views you can be assured your experience will be exotic and super romantic. There is something for everyone in the islands and no one will be bored.

Bali, Indonesia The land of meditation and yoga, if you saw the movie or read the book “Eat, Pray, Love” then you have an idea of the beauty found in Bali. What you may not realize is how affordable it is. Airfare to Bali will take a pretty big bite out of your budget but once you are there accommodations, food and attractions are quite low. You can have a once in a lifetime experience at a surprisingly low budget.

ULTRA - LUXURY BUDGET (OVER $10,000)

Maldives Located on the Indian Ocean, the Maldives are a group of idyllic islands that are very popular with VIPs and celebrities due to the breathtaking landscape and privacy. The Maldives have over 2/3 of the world’s over water bungalows making this an ideal location if you want an over water bungalow and don’t want to do Tahiti. Seychelles A very popular location with royalty (Prince William and Kate & Princess Madelaine and husband Chris O’Neill both honeymooned there) the Seychelles Islands are unique in that half of the islands have formed on granite rock. There are huge granite boulders on the beaches making them a location unlike any other in the world.

Italy tour, if you want a romantic getaway that can be cultural with amazing food and wine and great shopping and style Italy has so much to see. A stroll in Gondola in Venice, a winery tour in Tuscany on a Ferrari or on Fiat 500, a cooking class after a visit to the Vatican in Rome , a Glamourous boat trip to Capri to visit the amazing grotto and....so much more.
