1- FAIRLY CLOSE TO US

What we call Turks and Caicos is an enable of more than 40 islands and keys and they are just 90 minutes fly from Miami.

2. THEY SPEAK ENGLISH. They are a British territory, and everyone speaks English. The people who are from Turks and Caicos were originally from Africa and call themselves “belongers” rather than natives.

3. THEIR CURRENCY IS US $ It makes it so easy for Americans to travel! However they are a luxury destination and prices for restaurants and groceries are a bit high. All-inclusive resorts might be the way to go

4. HELLO SUNSHINE

In an average year the Turks and Caicos have 350 days of sunshine. The average year temperature ranges between 80 and 90 degrees but do not worry: constant trade wind keeps the climate at a very comfortable level. 5. RENTING A CAR Driving is on the left side ( British, remember?) of the road and sometimes with right side vehicles. So it can be a bit weird but it is worth it if you want to explore.

6. DIVING / SNORKELING Turks and Caicos has the 3rd largest barrier reef and amazing visibility. If you are a diver you will love it here. It is a diver paradise. And if you are considering getting scuba certified while vacationing there are some resorts or scuba shops that can help you with that. For the scuba, newbies remember that for your safety there is no diving on your arrival and departure day.

7. AMAZING BEACHES

White sand and crystalline turquoise water. Beaches are just lovely. Grace Bay Beach was voted the best beach in the world.

8. ROMANTIC PIC-NIC ON A PRIVATE ISLAND

Would you like to have the ultimate romantic Caribbean experience? You can have a picnic on your own little corner of paradise. A guide will bring you to one of the beautiful Inhabitat island and prepare you a delicious fished on the spot conch salad and then leave you to enjoy the sun and sand of the pristine island for the day.

There is a requirement to be on the island for at least 48h before your perfect legal "I DO" ceremony to take place. The process to get legally married in Turks and Caicos is quite easy.
